2 day/1 night Desert Tour:

Desert Door and Draa Valley

An authentic adventure that will begin among the landscapes of Atlas, the highest mountains in North Africa, passing through Ait Ben Haddou, one of the oldest Berber villages in Morocco, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and nowadays famous all over the world for its film production. Along the road of Bab Sahara (Ouarzazate), we will reach Zagoura, start point of the wonders of the Great Sahara.

DAY 1: Marrakesh-Ait Ben Haddou-Zagoura

Start from Marrakesh you can pass through the breathtaking landscapes of Atlas. First stop at Ait Ben Haddou where a local guide will tell us about the history of the village by letting us visit the Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the ancient Ksar. Lunch with local food cooked according to traditional Berber recipes. Departure to Zagoura for the dromedaries trekking that will guide us to the highest dune of the Great Sahara in order to admire the sunset. We will spend the night in a desert camp tasting traditional food from desert Bedouins being in Berber musicians company, dancing by the fire.

DAY 2: Zagora-Atlas-Marrakesh Mountains

Awakening with the magical rays of sunrise and breakfast in the desert camp. Walk with the dromedaries to enjoy for a while of the unique and surreal atmosphere of the Great Sahara. Departure to the Atlas for the lunch. Back to Marrakesh.
